[like this] and reflects common practice, not the law of any jurisdiction. A qualified attorney must review, complete, and tailor it (entity, governing law, operating countries, payment/payout/KYC providers, GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, ePrivacy, consumer, tax, and AML/KYC rules) before publication.Purpose. Define exactly what traffic is and isn’t allowed (Prohibited Traffic Policy) and how clicks/conversions are deemed invalid, the effect on payment/billing, and the appeal path (Invalid Click Policy). This is the teeth behind the trust positioning.
Part A — Prohibited Traffic Policy
1. Principle
We pay for real, organic engagement from audiences you own or operate.
2. Allowed traffic
Organic sharing to audiences you own or operate (pages, groups, newsletters, sites, communities); genuine engagement from real users; traffic from sources permitted by the specific campaign.
3. Prohibited traffic
Bot, automated, or non-human traffic; incentivized, forced, or misled clicks; deceptive placement or misrepresentation of content; traffic from sources excluded by a campaign; any attempt to manufacture, inflate, or disguise clicks or conversions; circumventing verification.
4. Consequences
Prohibited traffic is filtered and does not count toward earnings. Associated amounts may be withheld or reversed. Repeated or serious violations may lower your quality score, restrict campaign access, or result in suspension or termination. We provide a reason for actions taken.
Part B — Invalid Click Policy
2–3. What “invalid” means & detection
Invalid activity includes, without limitation, traffic from bots/automation, datacenters, proxies or VPNs used to disguise origin, duplicated or fraudulent conversions, and activity exhibiting anomalous velocity, geography, device, or behavioral signals. We use a combination of automated systems and, where appropriate, manual review.
4. Effect
Invalid clicks and conversions do not count: advertisers are not billed for them; publishers do not earn from them.
5. Determination
Validity is determined by ViralAgain in good faith using our verification systems. We assign a reason to determinations, surfaced to the affected party.
6. Adjustments
Amounts associated with activity later found invalid may be held, reversed, clawed back, or credited (to advertisers) as appropriate.
7. Appeals
If you believe traffic was wrongly filtered, contact [support@…] within [X days]; we will reconsider in light of available evidence.
Clauses needing legal review
Definitional precision (to support enforcement and clawbacks); “good faith vs. sole discretion” standard; appeal / process fairness; alignment with the Publisher Agreement, Payment Policy, and measurement-variance disclaimers in the Advertiser Agreement.
