Payout Terms

Last updated: May 29, 2026

Plain-English summary. Here’s how money works. Advertisers add funds and are billed only for verified traffic. Publishers earn on verified traffic; earnings are “pending” while being verified, then become “available” after a hold period, and can be withdrawn once you reach the minimum. We hold or reverse amounts tied to invalid traffic and always show a reason. We never store your full card or bank details — payments and payouts run through trusted providers, and you enter those details with them directly.

Representative clauses

2. Verified-only

Advertisers are billed, and publishers are paid, on verified activity only. Traffic filtered as invalid is neither billed nor paid.

3–4. Earnings states & holds

Publisher earnings accrue as pending while verification completes, become available after the applicable hold period ([hold period], which may vary by quality tier), and may be placed on hold during investigation. Reasons for any hold are shown in your dashboard.

5. Thresholds & schedule

Withdrawals are available once your available balance reaches [min payout threshold], processed on [schedule]. Identity verification (KYC) must be complete to withdraw.

6. Providers

Payments are processed by [payment processor] and payouts by [payout provider]. ViralAgain stores only tokenized references; you provide and manage your full payment/payout details directly with the provider.

7. Reversals & clawbacks

Amounts associated with traffic later found invalid or fraudulent may be reversed or recovered, including by offset against future earnings, as permitted by law and described in the Invalid Click Policy.

8. Fees & taxes

Payout-provider or currency-conversion fees, where applicable, are disclosed. You are responsible for your own taxes; required tax forms are collected via the [payout provider].

Clauses needing legal review

Clawback/offset enforceability; dormancy / unclaimed-funds (escheatment) rules; cross-border payment / AML compliance; fee disclosures; tax withholding.
